1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fresh Rinse mobile application ("App") operated by The Fresh Rinse Coin Laundry LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Fresh Rinse Coin Laundry LLC. Please read these Terms carefully before using our App.

2. Description of Service

The Fresh Rinse Coin Laundry App provides a platform for users to:

• Schedule self-service laundry services
• Request wash & fold pickup and delivery services
• Order dry cleaning services
• Book comforters & bedding cleaning services
• Request ironing & steaming services
• View service pricing and facility information
• Contact customer support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Service Availability and Pricing

4.1 Service Hours

Our facility is open Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pickup and delivery services may have different availability windows.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed in the App are subject to change without notice. Current pricing includes:

• Wash & Fold: $1.75/lb
• Dry Cleaning: $3.00/item
• Comforters & Bedding: $12/set
• Ironing & Steaming: $2/item
• Self-Service: Starting at $2.25 per wash

Prices may vary based on service type, item size, and special requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of service.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the payment methods accepted through the App. You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the App, including applicable taxes and fees.

For self-service laundry, payment is made at the facility using coin changers or card payment systems. For pickup and delivery services, payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality laundry services, we cannot guarantee:

• Removal of all stains or damages
• Prevention of color bleeding or fabric damage
• Exact matching of previous cleaning results

6.2 Item Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Properly preparing items for service (checking pockets, removing items that may cause damage)
• Disclosing any special care instructions or known issues
• Reporting any damages or issues within 24 hours of service completion

6.3 Damage Limitations

Our liability for damage to items is limited to the cost of cleaning or repair, not to exceed the replacement value of the item. We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Pre-existing conditions or wear
• Items left in pockets or attached accessories
• Failure to follow care labels
• Acts beyond our reasonable control

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Cancellations

Pickup and delivery service cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7.2 Refunds

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for service issues. Self-service payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• To transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• To collect or harvest user information without consent
• To engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Fresh Rinse Coin Laundry LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FRESH RINSE COIN LAUNDRY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Fresh Rinse Coin Laundry LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pasco County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
